Ingredients: Russian Ivan Chai (wild Fermented Fireweed leaves), wild Blueberry leaves, wild Larch fir tips, wild Nettle, wild Plantain, organic Ginger, organic Lemon grass.

Directions:
To make the tea, put 1- 1.5 teaspoons of the blend per a cup of hot water.  Cover the cup and let the tea steep for approx 10 -15 mins, then strain before consuming. You can steep the same tea ingredients up to 2 times. To receive more health benefits, brew the tea in a thermos for 2-3 hours.
