Ingredients: Russian Ivan Chai (wild Fermented Fireweed leaves), wild Fermented  Raspberry leaves, wild Elderberries, wild Rose hips, homegrown Sea buckthorn berries & leaves, homegrown Apples, organic Licorice. 

Directions:
To make the tea, put 1- 2 teaspoons of the blend per a cup of hot water.  Brew the tea in a thermos for 2-3 hours, or leave it to brew overnight.
