Ingredients: wild Fermented Fireweed leaves (Russian Ivan Chai), wild Plantain, wild Elderberries, wild Rose hips, homegrown Blackcurrant leaves, organic Licorice,  organic Elderberries flowers. 

To make the tea, put 1- 1.5 teaspoons of the blend per a cup of hot water.  Brew the tea in a thermos for 2-3 hours, or leave it to brew overnight.
