This herbal tea was created for those that need to calm their mind from a stressful day before falling asleep. The herbal blend nourishes and balances the nervous system, helps to ease stress and support rest and relaxation.

Ingredients: Russian Ivan Chai (wild Fermented Fireweed leaves), wild Saint John's - wort, wild Mint, wild Hawthorn leaves. organic Chamomile. 

Directions:
To make the tea, put 1- 1.5 teaspoons of the blend per a cup of hot water.  Cover the cup and let the tea steep for approx 10 -15 mins, then strain before consuming. Drink the tea while it is warm. You can steep the same tea ingredients up to 2 times. To receive more health benefits, brew the tea in a thermos for 2-3 hours.
