Selection of the herbs has antibacterial, antiseptic effect, removes toxins, helps normalize metabolism in the body, and reduces muscle pain.

The tea has a mild flowery honey taste. 

Ingredients: Russian Ivan Chai (wild Fermented Fireweed leaves), wild Saint-John's wort, wild Sweet  Clover, organic Calendula, organic Verbena.

Directions:
To make the tea, put 1- 1.5 teaspoons of the blend per a cup of hot water.  Cover the cup and let the tea steep for approx 10 -15 mins, then strain before consuming. Drink the tea while it is warm. You can steep the same tea ingredients up to 2 times. To receive more health benefits, brew the tea in a thermos for 2-3 hours.
