Hydrosols / Herbal distillates

Hydrosols are the pure and natural waters that are produced during the steam distillation of plant materials such as leaves, flowers, peels, berries, wood, stems, and roots. They are produced during the same distillation process that also extracts the essential oils. 
All of our hydrosols that we make in-house are true hydrosols that result from the long and slow traditional distillation process. During the distillation, we do not separate the essential oils from the final product, so you can be assured that these hydrosol contain the full potency of the plant. 
They are aromatic, but super gentle and can be applied to directly to the skin without dilution. These aromatic products usually have a scent similar to their essential oil, but also can have a greener note.

 Offering skin care benefits and uplifting aromatherapy properties; they make wonderful single ingredient perfumes, deodorants, facial toners, air fresheners, and aromatherapy sprays. And they are great additions to your DIY projects when blended with other flower waters, essential oils or used as a replacement for water in your favorite body care, perfume, or green cleaning recipe.
